Ask Lily, operated by Ossur Labs LLC, offers an on-demand fashion-advice service delivered by text message. After you opt in, you can text us style questions or photos and receive personalized advice from a stylist, along with related follow-up and service messages.

To join, text the keyword STYLE to Ask Lily's published phone number. You will receive a one-time welcome message confirming your enrollment. By texting STYLE, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Ask Lily related to your request and the service.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us — you will generally receive messages in response to and during your active styling requests.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages, unless you opt in again by texting STYLE.

The program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do, and your continued use of the program means you accept the updated terms.
