Ask Lily is an on-demand fashion-advice service operated by Ossur Labs LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you text us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

Ask Lily ("we," "us") is a fashion-advice service operated by Ossur Labs LLC. You reach us by text message at our published phone number. Questions about this policy can go to lily@ossurlabs.com.

02Information we collect

When you opt in by texting the keyword STYLE and use the service, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number.
  • The content of the messages you send us, including any photos or images you share for styling feedback.
  • Any details you choose to provide about your request (such as occasion, sizing, budget, or preferences).

We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information through the text service.

03How we use your information

  • To provide the service: to read your request, route it to a stylist, and reply with personalized fashion advice.
  • To send service-related SMS/MMS messages, including the welcome confirmation, follow-up questions, and responses.
  • To respond to HELP requests and to process STOP opt-outs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile information — including your phone number or SMS opt-in — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone for marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the messaging service (for example, our telecommunications provider), and only as needed to deliver the service to you.

04Message frequency, rates & opt-out

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance. 05Data retention

We keep your messages and request details for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for support and recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing lily@ossurlabs.com.

06Your choices

  • Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
  • Request access to, or deletion of, the information we hold about you by emailing us.
  • Decline to share photos or details — though some advice may be limited without them.

07Children

Ask Lily is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and the service is not directed to children.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
